Initial inspection

Your fan will be initially inspected and tested to confirm the reported fault. It will not be dismantled until we are sure the fault is not something simple like a faulty capacitor or loose connection.

Once disassembled we again inspect and test to ascertain where the fault(s) lie. And check the fan blades for hairline cracks. After this we can provide a fixed price quotation for its repair.

There is a small charge for this service which is waived if you go ahead with the repair.
